Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or similar discipline
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (Email & Paid Ads)
- Experience in Entertainment, Travel or Hospitality Industry. Preferred industry experience in Live Entertainment such as theme parks, Broadway, shows or concerts
- Digital Marketing in an agency or large-scale e-commerce company a plus
- Knowledge and experience in the following software/tools: Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Must have attention to detail and possess critical thinking and quantitative skills
- Experience building complex digital marketing programs, presenting, and reporting on the results
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web and digital design, production, etc.
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
