The Marketing Project Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and executing a portfolio of small to medium marketing initiatives including planning marketing campaigns and projects, delegating tasks to project team members, overseeing execution of project delivery, and ensuring marketing projects are completed on time. This position requires a high level of daily collaboration with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Digital Marketing to resolve project, priority, resource, and/or scheduling conflicts; as well as with agencies/vendors to ensure specifications and deadlines are met. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Project management, time management, an eye for detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is: $26 to $33 per Hour (S14)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
