Work within a Global team, Markets Treasury Strategic Transformation Group to formulate and implement a coordinated centralized approach to Global Markets Treasury's management of key activities and its interaction with partner businesses within Citi, including a close partnership with Citi Treasury. This will include oversight of regulatory remediation efforts and the Citi response to the consent order to define, design and implement a future target state of Treasury. • This role will be a key point of contact for Citi Treasury (ALM, BSSO, Regional Treasury, Global Liquidity Management), Markets Treasury in-business Technology and Markets Treasury senior management to define, design and implement a target state of Treasury. Also requiring being up to date on internal policy changes and able to provide technical analysis and assess the impact to the business. • This role will coordinate efforts globally and regionally drawing on subject matter experts from within the Markets Treasury business, where applicable, to assist in helping create a best in class Treasury unit for the future needs of Citi, its clients and regulators. • Work within the Markets Treasury Strategic Transformation Group to formulate and implement a coordinated business response to internal and regulatory commitments, and business initiatives with regards to: o Liquidity Management: consent order, intraday and end of day liquidity, cross entity liquidity management, 24x7 instant payments, Internal Liquidity Stress Tests, Digital Currencies o Treasury Integration: USD funding activity oversight by and global coordination with Citi Treasury o IRRBB: consent order, CitiFTP design and rollout, Ruby remediation, IRRBB management and forecasting o Funds Transfer Pricing: CitiFTP design and rollout, OCM/Markets transfer pricing o Regulatory exams, audit responses to global structural setup and target state. o Business Simplification: assist in efforts to further align and standardise activity across Markets Treasury o Bank chain collateral optimisation acrossentities JOB FAMILY GROUP: Institutional Trading JOB FAMILY: Trading TIME TYPE: Full time Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
