Compliance professionals at Citi are responsible for maintaining the high level of excellence and integrity for which we are known and ensuring that we are operating in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the 90+ countries in which we operate. The relationships you'll build with our Compliance professionals, regulatory agencies and business partners will be critical to our success as we move forward with the future of banking. The Compliance Summer Associate Program is a 10-week program within the Compliance disciplines including Advisory, Compliance Testing, Financial Crime Compliance and Compliance Training. Summer Associates work closely with management teams and are provided the opportunity to add value to Citi through responsibilities structured to respond to the increasingly regulatory, quantitative and technical demands of the financial world especially as they relate to Risks and Controls.

WE PROVIDE YOU WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS YOU NEED TO SUCCEED.

Summer Associates will begin their program with a week of training sessions. These functional and technical training programs are designed to promote professional development and effective work habits during our interns' time here at Citi. Summer Associates will undergo an orientation to Citi, including business overviews from seasoned professionals within the various Compliance disciplines. The program will offer learning and development opportunities in technical skills as well as building communication and presentation skills. Summer Associates are also matched with a junior and a senior mentor who will guide, support and mentor their Summer Associate throughout the summer.

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU IF...

• You are currently pursuing a JD (graduating in December 2022 through June 2023)
• You must possess valid US work authorization in order to be eligible to participate in the Program. Citi will not sponsor any Program participants for employment in the US
