    Arundel Federal is currently seeking an entry-level (Jr.) Network Administrator to provide technical software and hardware support to end users; troubleshoot and resolve system problems, and assist with project management research, implementation, and system administration duties.

    You will be responsible for:

    · Providing primary IT support relating to issues with systems and network infrastructure.

    · Proactively maintain and upgrade network, desktops, laptops, and servers.

    · Work with users over the phone and resolve both hardware and software issues.

    · Maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords.

    · Support and administer third party applications.

    · Responsible for system security and data integrity; Support disaster recovery solutions.

    · Create and maintain detailed documents; maintain asset inventory (hardware and software).

    · Monitor system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets.

    · Other duties assigned by the IT Director.

    · Apply requirements relating to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and Customer Identification Program (CIP) including Beneficial Ownership (BO).

    · Apply all the regulatory requirements during the performance of the job duties as assigned.

    · Complete all annual required BSA and other bank compliance training as assigned in a timely manner.

    Are you the one we need? If you are, you’ll have these qualifications:

    · BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, OR 1-2 year's related work experience; Professional IT Certifications (Microsoft, VMWare, or CompTIA) desired but not required.

    · Good working knowledge of all current Microsoft operating systems.

    · Customer service orientation and able to communicate with non-technical staff/customers.

    · Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills.

    · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    · Ability to comprehend and perform duties independently; ability to manage multiple projects/priorities.

    · Ability to lift 50 lbs. and transport boxes, equipment, etc. from one location to another.

    · Some travel required.

    · Ability to bend and stoop to string cables and install equipment.
