Job Description
This is a full-time administrative/office operations support role with an emphasis on insurance underwriting and processing investment paperwork. The role specializes in operational support to ensure the maintenance of an efficient and organized financial practice supporting one financial advisor in a small, fast-paced office atmosphere. Applying candidates must meet the education and experience requirements and should be very comfortable with client interaction. No selling is required for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Calendar management/scheduling appointments
· Phoning/emailing existing clients to schedule appointments
· Preparing prospecting feed lists
· CRM management and data entry
· E-filing and scanning
· Maintain client files and manage tracking systems
· File prep
· Extracting tasks from dictation notes
· Processing fact finders and referrals
· Policy owner service work and underwriting
· On-boarding new investment clients
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN:
· Demonstrating excellent interpersonal, IT, written and verbal communication

QUALIFICATIONS:
· 4-year college degree
· 1-3 years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
· Proficiency in learning new software
· Life & Health insurance licenses and ability to obtain Series 6 and 63 or 7 within first year.
COMPENSATION:
· $37-43k, commensurate to skills and experience, plus bonuses upon completion of additional designations.
