The Operations Coordinator is at the hub of Concord's day to day activity.
The successful candidate will oversee the day to day activities in our customer call center, handling escalated issues, analyzing performance data and working directly with the call center's management team to ensure goals and milestones are being met.

You are an energetic, enthusiastic and highly engaged self-starter who thrives on rolling up your sleeves and handling many moving parts and working in an office environment that is collegial, personally challenging (career growth wise) and fun!
You need to be organized, have a penchant for managing multiple projects and activities and a willingness to keep people accountable in their roles at the call center.
