    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    This individual will be the first point of contact to handle inquiries (including system troubleshooting) from employees, managers and HR professionals.

    • First point of contact to handle inquiries (including system troubleshooting) from employees, managers and People Team professionals

    • Respond to all employee and People Team Tier 1 questions

    • Triage requests that might belong to other People Team groups

    • Appropriately escalate issues to Payroll, IT and other areas of HR

    • Accurately maintain employee records including on-boarding, employee personal and employment data

    • Assist with all data entry in WD (hires, compensation, cost center changes etc.)

    • Follow templates and generate all types of simple employment letters

    • Handle all incoming physical mail

    • Assists with Center of Excellence (COE) support

    • Scan, store and retrieve employee work documents

    • Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to all People and Payroll information

    • Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Value statement of the company

    • Provide prompt, courteous and accurate customer support in resolution of all transactions

    • Assist with compliance training requests/emails/reports

    • Work on the case management system

    This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2 or more years of work experience
    • Experience in human resources
    • Associate degree or Diploma
    • Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
    • High confidentiality and integrity
    • Proven ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
    • Team player
    • Fast learner
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Customer Service experience
    • Workday and Ask Now knowledge a plus
    • Preferred experience in Spanish and/or Portuguese

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 60,700.00 to 85,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
