JOB DESCRIPTION
This individual will be the first point of contact to handle inquiries (including system troubleshooting) from employees, managers and HR professionals.

Respond to all employee and People Team Tier 1 questions
Triage requests that might belong to other People Team groups
Appropriately escalate issues to Payroll, IT and other areas of HR
Accurately maintain employee records including on-boarding, employee personal and employment data
Assist with all data entry in WD (hires, compensation, cost center changes etc.)
Follow templates and generate all types of simple employment letters
Handle all incoming physical mail
Assists with Center of Excellence (COE) support
Scan, store and retrieve employee work documents
Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to all People and Payroll information
Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Value statement of the company
Provide prompt, courteous and accurate customer support in resolution of all transactions
Assist with compliance training requests/emails/reports
Work on the case management system
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.
** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 60,700.00 to 85,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
