IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE:

• MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT (WE DO NOT PROVIDE WORK VISAS)
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
• This is a PART-TIME / FULL-TIME (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR) position
• Compensation is COMMISSION BASED (you decide what you can earn; no quotas required)
• Work location is REMOTE – you can work from anywhere (local office located in Ann Arbor, MI)
• Need to attend a 20-hour pre-licensing class (over a period of 2 to 3 days or online)
• Must be able to obtain a Resident Life Producer License in the state of Michigan (most of the state licensing fee will be covered by the company)
• Need to complete field training (virtually) within 30 days
• Need to have a strong work ethic and people skills
• Need to have excellent listening and communication skills
• Must be able to handle confidential information
• Must be computer proficient / have data entry skills
• Need to possess a smartphone
• Need to possess a computer (full desktop or laptop, not a tablet or Chromebook)
• Need to have Internet / Wi-Fi access
