Job Description

We are seeking 10-20 Financial Advisors full or part time to join our team in Grand Junction. Already part of the financial community or looking for a career change?  You will be trained according to Primerica standards and learn to educate clients about how money works, evaluate their individual needs/goals/wants, and create a personalized financial road map to help them achieve their long-term financial targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess clients' assets, liabilities and comprehensive financial conditions to ascertain overall financial needs 
• Advise clients on ways to protect their family and financial assets as well as suggest investment strategies
• Create a plan to achieve clients desired goals
• Prepare presentations that recommend various financial products customized to client's particular needs
• Review and communicate portfolio performances to clients
• Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
• Recruit new representatives that reflect the company ethics and values

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in sales beneficial but not required
• Clean background check
• Self-starter with desire to learn and advance in industry knowledge 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak Spanish desirable but not required

We are looking for honest, hard-working, quality people not necessarily experience.  We will provide the training, licensing, and professional support if you provide the drive.
