Licensing Liaison 1 - Brentwood, TN City, State: Grade: C03 Workday Position ID: Description Primerica currently has the following opening in our headquarters located in our Brentwood, Tennessee Regional Licensing Center Office: The Licensing Liaison 1 works with Primerica Agents to obtain their insurance license. The candidate is responsible for processing the paperwork to the prospective States Departments of Insurance. Once trained, the candidate will gradually move on to take telephone calls to answer any questions in relation to the licensing process. This position works within a small office where independence and excellent team skills are required. Hours are Monday-Friday 8a-5p. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: * Minimum High School Diploma or GED * 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience is a plus * Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus * Ability to handle high-volume data entry is required * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills * Excellent problem solving and organizational skills * Proficient PC skills (MSWord and Internet) * Self-starter * Ability to meet strict deadlines, prioritize and multi-task * Ability to handle confidential information * Strong decision-making and judgment ability * Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, high volume environment ABOUT PRIMERICA Primerica is a Main Street Company for Main Street North America.
