    You will join the A2A Risk Solutions product team , who design and build state of the art advanced AI products to help Financial Institutions detect and prevent fraud & scams in real-time payments, using advanced AI techniques.

    The A2A Risk Solutions is part of a key strategic growth pillar for Visa globally to address rising market demand for new and emerging payment flows.

    The A2A Risk Solutions product team functions as an incubated start-up, taking ideas through the entire product lifespan from concept to market, all while leveraging Visa’s global infrastructure, technology, and experience as a leader in global payments.

    The Product Analyst will be responsible for executing and delivering the rapid design and build of our cutting-edge AI products. You will work closely alongside multiple Visa teams to build out the service and deliver it to the client.

    Apart from working on product development, the Product Analyst will also be involved in commercialising the service and activating markets across the globe. This includes the delivery of client pitches and demos, fostering client relationships, and supporting delivery of pilots and live service to clients.

    What will you do?

    • Manage the live service operational flows including:

      • Monitoring of the health and performance of live service.
      • Managing the process flows (including documentation and training) with Client Services, Operations & Technical support and other partner teams.
      • Managing the design and development of monitoring tools.
    • Support design and execution of the A2A Risk Solutions product suite including:

      • Supporting end-to-end execution of new product development for live service.
      • Participating and providing business input to the design and technology discussions.
      • Collaborating with teams across Visa to align A2A Risk Solutions with Visa Global strategy, product suite, and processes.
      • Working with Product, Research, Engineering, UX teams, and others to deliver product goals.
      • Working closely with multiple teams including Data Science, Software Development, AI platform, Infrastructure and Network teams to deliver components of the product(s).
      • Presenting findings, results and value proposition to clients.
    • Deliver client pitches and demos to internal and external stakeholders.

    • Take a creative and Design Thinking approach to develop innovative solutions to industry challenges.

    • Support in managing team as needed. Support wider product team as needed.

    • Become go-to-person for Live Service of RTP Products. Represent the product and product strategy.

    This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
    • Background in product management preferred.
    • Experience working in Financial Crime and/or Payments within the Financial Services industry preferred.
    • Proven record of accomplishment of success in fast-paced, agile environments with demanding timelines.
    • Passion for innovating and delivering truly differentiated products and user experiences.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interface across levels, regions, cultures, and languages, and engage successfully with both specialist teams and broader business partners.
    • Ability to consume complex data and information, develop insights and create impactful stories.
    • Ability to lead executive messaging.

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,800.00 to 132,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
