    The Global Authentication and Identity Products organization develops and manages global products and solutions including Visa Secure, Digital Authentication Framework (DAF), Intelligent Data Exchange (IDX) and Visa Payment Passkey (VPP). The Product Analyst will be a member of our Product Operations group, which is responsible for ensuring new product features are launched smoothly while maintaining the high standards of existing products. The product analyst will drive product feature launches through monitoring, communications, and technical specifications, and implementing performance requirements, enforcement programs, and operational processes. This role involves close collaboration with client-facing teams to facilitate global adoption of products and features. Additionally, the Product Analyst will work with the engineering team to drive requirements for the Visa Secure Services (VSS) portal, providing a centralized resource for all Visa Secure clients. This position reports to the Head of Product Operations for Authentication and Identity Products.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze and synthesize data into content that can be used to define approaches and strategy around program rules, product performance programs, and launch activities for product features and MVPs.
    • Work with regional teams and clients to gather feedback and improve cross-functional communication and execution.
    • Write monitoring requirements to ensure product performance and reliability
    • Coordinate and execute communication plans for product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are informed
    • Partner with technical writers to create comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and release notes
    • Gather and document detailed business requirements for new product features and enhancements
    • Develop expertise in authentication technologies to guide and train our partners and clients.
    • Create collateral to support the strategies defined by the group, including PPT decks, training guides, video walk-throughs, etc.
    • Help to develop an overarching Program Operations strategy and plan including:
    • Program rules to drive consistency and product success
    • Performance programs and enforcement mechanisms
    • Internal partnerships to facilitate client feedback and action
    • Repeatable execution processes for large initiatives – feature launches, MVPs, product sunset

    This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
    • Product development / deployment, management consulting, or banking experience
    • Strategic thinker with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with or interest in EMV 3DS, FIDO, W3C standards
    • Strong communication skills and ability to speak to all levels of the organization
    • Solid execution and delivery skills
    • Experience working in global organizations, collaborating with stakeholders, partners, and teams worldwide to drive regional and global product launch
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Tools (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 105,800.00 to 149,550 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
