    Job Description

    Visa Open Banking Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Product Marketing Manager to focus on driving key growth initiatives for Visa Open Banking Solutions and A2A Payments. The product marketer will support full-funnel B2B marketing strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to address core audience needs and translate business objectives into marketing plans and activities that impact overall revenue generation. This is a highly strategic and collaborative role that represents an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on Visa’s contribution to modernizing A2A payments.

    Seeking a candidate with a strong background in B2B product marketing for payments and demonstrated experience in building high-performing marketing programs. Experience in fintech is a plus.

    Essential Functions :

    • Lead sales enablement strategy to accelerate the impact of our client-facing teams and communicate the value of our products externally
    • Produce sales materials such as product sell sheets, pitch decks, FAQs, demos, videos, technical slides, and other assets that enhance client conversations
    • Develop content for account-based marketing campaigns in collaboration with agency partners and internal stakeholders
    • Support product and feature launches, building marketing toolkits and mobilizing necessary go-to-market tactics
    • Manage partner and reseller marketing strategy and execution to increase client acquisition and product adoption with partners, developing playbooks, toolkits, best practices, joint marketing and other materials
    • Develop website presence ensuring it aligns with marketing goals, delivering content updates and implementing SEO strategies
    • Manage the marketing budget and assist with the annual planning process

    This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

    Basic Qualifications
    • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

    Preferred Qualifications
    • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
    • 5-7 years of experience in B2B product marketing
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset that approaches challenges with thoughtfulness, drive, flexibility and appropriate urgency
    • Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Track-record managing digital marketing campaigns, leveraging martech to conduct and optimize marketing efforts
    • Honed storytelling capabilities with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong collaborator eager to add new ideas with an open mind and roll up their sleeves to execute
    • Experience managing relationships with partners, suppliers, and vendors

    Additional Information

    ** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.

    ** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

    ** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 191,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
