Managing a large team of call center professionals (typically 15+ employees), you'll support our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. You'll oversee the workflow of your team, handle decisions around employment needs and compensation, and monitor the department budget. Using your leadership and extensive coaching experience (preferably in a call center setting), you'll help your team develop professionally.
