    The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for analyzing and grading functions performed by operations and sales staff. Subjectivity and objectivity are key attributes necessary for success in the role.

    WHAT IS A DAY IN THE LIFE AT FLAGSHIP AS A QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST?

    • Validate data sample to ensure all required staff have been included

    • Compile servicing samples into a spreadsheet for auditing

    • Conduct timely monthly underwriting audits

    • Objectively and subjectively grade the servicing staff and document findings

    • Review audit findings with QA Manager

    • Assist QA Manager in preparing audit summary results

    • Participate in ad-hoc audits

    • Communicate with QA Manager regarding areas of risk as they are identified in monthly audits

    ABOUT YOU:

    • Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

    • Preferred: AA/AS degree, Bachelor’s degree a plus

    • Required: 3+ years of quality assurance experience

    • Preferred: 3+ years of related auto finance experience in subprime lending

    • Strong computer ability with basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as basic Internet browser knowledge

    • Good time management skills, planning, and organization. Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

    • Excellent attention to detail with good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

    • Strong customer orientation. Work well independently and in a team environment

    • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

    • Must be able to work independently and efficiently within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    • Effectively prioritizes tasks and ability to handle competing priorities

    • Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined and be able to develop and work towards specific goals without constant supervision

    • Possess the ability to navigate through servicing and originating systems

    • Available to work a flexible work schedule
