    As the Electronic Services Specialist I within our Electronic Services department, you will under general supervision perform a variety of processing duties within the Electronic Services Department. This is an entry level position that supports the ES team with semi routine item and payment processing, accounting and clerical functions.

    WHAT'S NEEDED FROM YOU:

    • Provides superior Member service that meets RCU service standards and values to Members and employees of Redwood Credit Union.
    • Provides general support processing for check and ACH processing.
    • Deposit collection return processing.
    • Responsible for Branches capture balancing and file transmission.
    • Process adjustments to accounts and loans.
    • Process FRB adjustments and collections.

    Required Experience

    ADDITIONALLY, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

    A combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma.  One year experience in customer service, accounting or closely related field with knowledge of Branch or back offices functions is preferred. Experience at a financial institution is required.
