The Repossession Title Specialist will conduct all aspects of the repossession title process. This includes interaction with outside vendors, Department of Motor Vehicle offices and independent contractors.

WHAT IS A DAY IN THE LIFE AT FLAGSHIP AS A REPOSSESSION TITLE SPECIALIST I

• The Repossession Title Specialist will monitor title activity to ensure titles are processed in a timely manner so repossessed units can be sold at auction.

• Provide thorough and accurate documentation to accounts

• Superior communication skills

• Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal errors

• Ability to manage coaching and development in a positive manner

• Work with all outside agencies including but not limited to Department of Motor Vehicle offices as well as State Regulatory Agencies as appropriate

ABOUT YOU:

EDUCATION:

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Preferred: AA/AS Degree

EXPERIENCE:

• Repossession Title Specialist I Required: Minimum of one (1) year experience in a title department

• Repossession Title Specialist I

  • Schedule flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrate ability to effectively negotiate and manage through conflict

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Repossession Title Specialist II

  • All Repossession Title Specialist I qualifications, as well as:

  • Demonstrate persuasive communication and organizational skills

  • how high level of personal accountability and ownership for work performed

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiations skills

  • Help lead change through the organization

• Repossession Title Specialist III

  • All Repossession Title Specialist II qualifications, as well as:

  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects.

  • Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills is essential

  • Desire to exceed challenging goals

  • Self-motivated and able to demonstrate personal initiative in an effort to achieve high standards of performance.

  • Initiate and lead change through the organization

COMPUTER SKILLS:

• Ability to utilize multiple systems such as SHAW, Copart, IBeam, Auto IMS
