Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead and oversee SAP implementation, migration, and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP S/4HANA, digital transformation, and enterprise-wide SAP solutions. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise to ensure successful SAP program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP programs (S/4HANA implementation, upgrades, and cloud transformation).
- Define program roadmap, scope, budgets, and timelines aligned with business goals.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business users.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules (SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP EWM, SAP FI/CO, etc.).
- Drive SAP S/4HANA migration strategy and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP partners.
- Monitor KPIs, project milestones, and quality standards to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead change management, training, and user adoption efforts.
- Ensure integration with third-party applications and emerging technologies (AI, IoT, RPA).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in SAP program management.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate methodology, and enterprise SAP solutions.
- Proven experience in large-scale SAP implementations and digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience in SAP project governance, risk management, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP certifications (SAP Activate, PMP, ITIL) preferred.
