School Admin Clerk needs 2 years of event support and coordination; previous higher education experience preferred.
School Admin Clerk requires:
• Skills should include high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and internet applications.
• Outstanding verbal, written, with an attention to grammar and spelling, and presentation skills required.
• Demonstrated high proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Word and Outlook, Zoom, Box, and Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Forms) required.
• Qualtrics experience preferred.
• Experience working with event registration platforms, Cvent preferred.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, basic math and finance skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and diplomatically with colleagues, as well as with students, faculty, trustees/senior level alumni and business leaders and internal school leadership in a multitude of communication methods i.e., in person, email, phone required.
• Professional demeanor, including tact, discretion, and a customer service-oriented approach required.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs required.
