RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc. as directed by others utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards
- Develops, modifies, and/or reviews drawings according to established standards
- Works closely with design team and assists to complete projects on aggressive schedules
- Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings and builds models for client/project team review
- Compiles data and performs elementary design computations
- Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with materials selection and system research
- Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects
Required Skills
- Ability to work in team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively; in presentations and in writing
- Proficiency in Revit required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up, Rhino preferred
- Candidates should be knowledgeable and committed to Sustainable Design solutions
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin preferred
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required, Master's degree in Architecture preferred
- 3 to 5 years of architectural work experience
