POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Support Specialist provides support to the Customer Service Department by preparing and sending payoff statement requests, reinstatement quotes and ACH related items.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years mortgage related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. COMPUTER SKILLS: Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Previous experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS and Sagent preferred.
