    The Senior Loan Administration Analyst will be part of a Loan Administration and Trading Team. The position requires adherence to strict deadlines, from transaction processing that result in funds movement, external and internal client queries, trade settlement and project completion. In addition, this role will require involvement in deal closing, servicing, primary, secondary, and 3rd party trading.

    Here’s what you can expect:

    As our Senior Loan Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing loan agreements and related documentation, performing loan servicing for different types of loans, which includes HSBC Led syndicated, Bi-Lateral and participated loans, and trade capture in Clear Par {vendor-based system} and settlement in Loan IQ. This role will also involve constructing deal structures in Loan IQ including amending existing deal structures as well as executing and managing a loan portfolio in multi-currency.

    For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $92,300 and $138,400.

    The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

    Requirements

    • Advanced Excel knowledge
    • Proficient in LIQ usage, including building and amending existing deal structures, and loan administration.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Ability to multitask, manage time and meet deadlines.
    • Strong process and operational risk understanding
    • 5+ years in loans Syndication and Trading and servicing of Leverage and Distress loans.
