ServiceNow Architect needs 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.

ServiceNow Architect requires:

o Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) or related modules.

o ServiceNow Certified Application Architect (CAA) or Certified System Architect (CSA) preferred

o Specific experience in Telecom & Media industry processes, especially related to order management.

o

o Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, Flow Designer, and integrations.

o Knowledge of REST APIs, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting.

o Familiarity with data modelling and relational databases.

ServiceNow Architect duties:

o Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

o Design end-to-end solutions that align with industry best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to architectural standards.

o Establish and enforce governance policies related to the CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB emphasizing data quality, security, and compliance.
