This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications

• Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience in software development, particularly in IT operations or infrastructure domains.
• 2 or more years of experience in software development with a focus on AIOps solutions.
• Knowledge of and ability to develop front-end code (e.g. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) in support of package and product development. This includes the extension of capabilities of packages and products.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and applying AI/ML techniques to IT operations challenges.
• Knowledge of and ability to develop back-end (e.g. Python, Java, C++, Shell) code in support of package and product development. This includes the extension of capabilities of packages and products.
• Knowledge of DevOps and AIOps methodologies and practices, including the integration of AI into DevOps workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Good understanding of the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) and Agile methodologies, prior experience working in an Agile development environment, particularly Scrum, is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of systems integration processes, especially in integrating AI solutions into existing IT operations workflows.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to analyze complex systems and large data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with incident prediction and prevention using AI/ML models.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and developing APIs for integration with other systems.
• Experience in automating workflows and processes within IT operations to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

** Work Hours:** Varies upon the needs of the department.
** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 79,900.00 to 113,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
