Software Engineering - Technology Leadership Program
The Technology Leadership Program (TLP) is a rotational program that prepares forthcoming technology professionals for a leading role within our technology department. Program participants gain on-the-job training and professional exposure and learn about various technology career opportunities while rotating between multiple job functions.

This program is designed for you to make an impact within our most highly-visible projects. The program is designed to enable you to 1) network with senior management, 2) make long-lasting bonds with your fellow TLP colleagues and 3) get a true sense of BNY Mellon’s technology. With that kind of foundation, you will know firsthand what it’s like to be a part of an organization that delivers real value on a global scale. After successful completion of the rotations, TLP participants are placed in full-time positions within BNY Mellon Client Technology Solutions.

To be considered, candidates must not now, nor in the future, require sponsorship for employment visa status in the United States, possess a bachelor’s degree in a computer-based curriculum with demonstration of academic outperformance. Relevant industry or internship experience demonstrating leadership and significant technical accomplishments is essential. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are necessary, as is the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and work independently.
