Go beyond an internship and ignite your career.Join us for:• A 12+ month rotational schedule of accounting teams• 1:1 mentorship and career consultation• Relationship building opportunities and exclusive networking events• A day-in-the-life of accounting disciplines• Data analytics and report creation• Professional skill-building through hands-on workshops• Program capstone and achievement certificationWhat you'll do:During your customized rotation, you will support several key areas of our Finance department, spanning topics that may include budget/expense, financial control, financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, investments, investor relations, policy/internal controls, SEC reporting, tax, and treasury. You will contribute to the team's projects and core business tasks.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Learn on-the-job through documented procedures and hands-on training.
    • Discover and enhance your strengths for delivering on business value.
    • Collaborate with team members, help investigate real time reporting challenges, and assist with creating innovative solutions.
    • Apply finance and accounting principles, assist in building documentation, reports, and next-level processes while gaining real work experience.

    • Ability to work a maximum of 29 hours. Minimum of 18 hours preferred with 15 hours required.
    • Self-driven schedules based on your unique availability.
    • Flexible shifts offered Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
    • Shift duration preference: With live training, we strongly prefer three shifts per week with each a minimum of three hours in duration.
    • Minimum 1 year commitment to the program preferred, including summer months.
    • Ability to work at 1 Corporate Way Location preferred.

    Qualifications

    • GED or High School Equivalency required.

    • Juniors or Sophomores pursuing a four-year degree with a 3.0 minimum GPA.

    • Pursuing a degree in Accounting preferred.

    • Passionate about kick-starting a career in Accounting .
