Operations Analyst Program Susquehanna International Group 17 reviews - Bala-Cynwyd, PA 19004 Overview The Operations Analyst Program (OA) is rotational development program that offers a broad and in-depth exposure to business operations at SIG and will prepare you for a position that immediately impacts our business. Operations Analysts at SIG are responsible for maximizing efficiency of processes across the firm as well as supporting all daily trading operations. During the first six months of OA, you will work alongside the operations team to gain in-depth exposure to the trading desks and various business areas at SIG. Your rotations, which may include Trade Operations, Financial Operations, Trade Support, Compliance and Accounting, are designed to provide insight into how SIG is structured and will incorporate hands-on experience through daily responsibilities and project work. In addition to rotations, the program includes classroom training sessions focused on developing company-specific knowledge, technical skills, and business effectiveness skills. You will continuously build relationships and a network of colleagues across the firm which will be an invaluable resource throughout your career at SIG. Throughout the program, you will be mentored by senior members of SIGs operations team who will work with you to guide your development process. At the end of your rotations, you will be expected to leverage your diverse skill set and knowledge of SIGs business to maximize your impact as an Operations Analyst.
