As a member of our two-year, Technology Development Program (TDP), you'll have the freedom to explore different roles, teams and technologies while zeroing-in on the career that's right for you. Designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent, the Technology Development Program provides the framework to develop world-class technical skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of technology -- from application and data development to cyber security and beyond.

We recruit for these four technical roles within our Technology Development Program:

Software Engineer

• Chart the digital frontier in one of our Mobile (Native), Web, or API development
• Develop your skills in a variety of languages including: Java, .net, Spring, Angular JS, Python, iOS and Swift

Data Engineer

• Built out our analytic capabilities using big data technologies
• Design, develop, and test robust data solutions using open source frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, Drools, MongoDB and develop/script in languages such as Python and Java

Infrastructure Engineer

• Establish a resilient and flexible technology infrastructure with a relentless focus on automation and cloud engineering
• Leverage and master tools and services like Docker, Chef, AWS and hone your scripting skills in languages like Python, Ruby and Shell

Basic Qualifications:

• Will obtain or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree or higher between December 2014 and August 2016

Preferred Qualifications:

• In process of obtaining a Bachelors Degree or higher in a technical and/or quantitative discipline, including computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, and mathematics
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced programming skills or experience in one or more of the following areas: Java, .net, asp.net, PHP, Python, Objective C, C#, C/C++, Perl, XML, JSON, UML, JavaScript, Visual Basic, HTML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripts
