Job Description
YOUR ROLE: As a Client Relationship Associate, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our clients by cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships. Through proactive and strategic client interaction you will develop a deep understanding of their financial needs and help with client requests, answering inquiries, and providing guidance to ensure an exceptional, white-glove client experience.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE: • Assist in the client onboarding process and ongoing data maintenance by collecting and organizing the incoming client information and documents • Act as first point of contact with clients and outside advisors regarding day to day and operational client matters • Coordinate information requests for investments and other business activities with client, client assistants and other outside advisors • Maintain client files and records, including scanning of mail and updating CRM system (contact information, non-financial assets, etc.) • Coordinate with back office to create and track receipt of various paperwork for client signature (financial management agreements, letters of authorization, account paperwork, tax documents and returns, etc.) • Banking and investment account transactions • Cash movement (domestic, international) – checks, wires, journals, ACH • Manage check deposit procedures • Cash management to ensure funds availability for fees, invoices, investment capital calls and other recurring transactions • Quarterly income tax payments and real estate tax payments • Research and answer client questions related to investment account activity, balances, and other miscellaneous requests
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: • Extensive experience with Salesforce or other CRM system highly preferred • Extensive background in use of Windows and Microsoft based products, including Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • General understanding of private client/personal financial services industry preferred • Familiarization with entity structures (trusts, partnerships, corporations, etc.) preferred • Must consent to and have favorable consumer report, background check and drug/alcohol test.
