As a Trust Relationship Officer you will provide support to Trust Relationship Managers in the servicing and operational maintenance of more complex trust and estate account / portfolios, ensuring compliance with pertinent Company policies and external regulations.
Here’s what you can expect:
As a Trust Relationship Officer you will review client emails and phone messages to determine client needs and keeps track of all outstanding client requests to assist TRM with timely response and updates. Pull prior client discretionary committee request forms and obtain new request information from client / TRM and assemble backup documentation for discretionary request. Assemble information needed for TRM to complete annual reviews and TFS committee reviews.
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $62,500 and $93,700.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements
Employment eligibility to work with HSBC in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
Minimum of one year's proven relationship support experience or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in business, paralegal training, related field or equivalent experience.
Proven mathematical aptitude and communications and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to deal with customers in a professional manner and handle on-going accounts.
Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems.
Ability to deal with all levels of personnel, exercise discretion on confidential matters and work independently.
