Role: Client Service Associate

Location: Remote/Nashville, TN

Duration: 6 months

Our client, a large global Investment Bank, is looking to urgently hire a Client Service Associate for 6 months term and will be starting off remotely due to COVID-19 restrictions.

YOUR NEW COMPANY

YOUR TEAM You’ll be working in the Service Group Client Services. We provide support to the Firm's Financial Advisors and assistants and external clients. As a customer service representative, you’ll play an important role in providing excellent service to our internal clients, the branches and external clients.

YOUR NEW ROLE

We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate to:

· Answer inbound calls from our internal clients at the branches.

· Supporting Financial Advisors on the products offered, i.e., mutual funds, investment accounts, etc.

· Educate clients on account services and capabilities.

· Have basic computer troubleshooting skills for tier 1 support and document and ticket calls.

· Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks.

· Have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills.

· Have a proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

· Detail-oriented

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· 4 year degree in related field.

· The top candidates have previous work experience with other wealth management and investment companies like Edward Jones, AXA Advisors, Northwestern Mutual, etc.
