    Provider Data Analysts are responsible for various loading activities related to the provider network database (NDB) and/or research related to Emptoris or CLM.  The loaders make informed decisions through reviewing submission and synthesizing various supporting documents (emails, spreadsheets, faxes, previous communications…) to deliver quality results and are responsible for properly maintaining the provider data housed in our core systems to allow for proper claim payment and member directory information.  They complete items that are simple to moderately complex and are escalated in nature.  Provider Data Analysts work closely with internal business partners to ensure timely completion of their assigned items.

    Provider Data Analysts serve an end-to-end job functionality.  Positions in this function are responsible for following standard operating procedures supporting NDB loading and potentially RCL research or secondary platform loading based on the submission and subsequent research.  They are responsible for overall provider demographic loading and processing using various databases.  This may include auditing contractual and demographic loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards. Submissions to Provider Data Analysts in MarketCARES are delivered via IMPACT (Salesforce) or through Phycon. Provider Data Analysts are expected to gather necessary information from IMPACT documentation and/or Phycon in order to successfully complete the provider data loading.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide support for customers across two or more platforms
    • Receive work items through escalations process in IMPACT and/or Phycon and may work non-escalated items as needed
    • Utilize database systems (NDB, NICE, Emptoris, CLM/CMD) and tools (SOPs, PREDiCT) to enter and/or research provider data
    • Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
    • Interpret and synthesize various supporting documents (emails, spreadsheets, faxes, previous communications) in the completion of job duties
    • Demonstrate an understanding of and apply business strategies, rules, and procedures as appropriate (e.g., determine whether to reject or accept data prior to entry)
    • Review system results to determine whether keyed data is accurate or updates are necessary
    • Contact internal or external data submitter to verify/clarify information and/or data to be entered, when required
    • Maintain current knowledge of business strategies, rules, and procedures
    • Participate in applicable ad hoc projects, as assigned
    • Consistently meet target production, quality, and time utilization metrics
    • Audit own work through the use of Danner reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma / GED
    • 1.5+ years of experience, within the past 5 years, in a Provider Data Loading Analyst (DLA) or RCL Research role to include demonstrated understanding of relevant platforms and system applications as well as internal processes and procedures
    • 1.5+ years of ,experience, within the past 5 years, with data analysis and / or auditing within the healthcare industry
    • 1.5+ years of internal or external customer response / customer service experience, within the past 5 years.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding metrics with a focus on quality
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1.5+ years of experience with Escalation Processing
    • Experience working with IMPACT (Salesforce)
    • Experience in improving or enhancing processes or procedures based on existing knowledge
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

    COLORADO RESIDENTS ONLY: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $20.77 to $36.88.
