Job Purpose: The CGWI W@W Business Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating and executing the strategic business initiatives which support Investments (Capital Markets, Traditional CIM, Hedge Funds and Private Equity and Real Estate) in a fast-growing Legal, Professional Services, and Enterprise Client Segment. The CGWI W@WBusiness Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, implementing and overseeing programs and projects to drive the full spectrum of leading wealth products and services across these client segments. Key Responsibilities: • Working with the Head of W@W Investments, the W@W LT and key CGWI stakeholders to define the strategic focus of W@W Investments through the identification of opportunities and threats, analyzing key financial and non-financial information. Define prioritization of short term and long term strategic objectives of W@W Investments and turn same into specific initiatives. • Turn Strategic Initiatives, partnering with delegated leaders, into clear project plans including: timeline, owners, funding, deliverables and association with any existing associated efforts within CGW. • Driving Implementation of Strategic Initiatives by ensuring all initiatives remain on target to their stated timeline and deliverables, escalating deficiencies or needs to senior management and realigning resources, as required. • Oversight and Reporting of Strategic Initiatives via the establishment of report out forums through ongoing communication. Ensure ongoing alignment and consensus of all efforts amongst initiative leaders and the CGWI and W@W LT's. • Through these responsibilities, the Investments Business Strategy role is expected to materially support the focus and efficiency of the broader CGWI strategy efforts. Area Overview: Citi Global Wealth Investments (CGWI), brings together the Investment teams from the Private Bank and the Consumer Bank globally. CGWI will deliver timely, tailored advice to all CGW clients worldwide. CGWI will also deliver an exceptional set of wealth management solutions by integrating Citi's digital investment platforms, research-delivery, client service and data analytics. W@W is one of the core distribution channels in GWM that provides customized financial strategies and tailored advice to law firms, asset management firms, consulting firms and their partners and employees.
