Web Application Firewall and CDN Engineer needs 15+ Years experience

Web Application Firewall and CDN Engineer requires:

• Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security or other IT Related field or equivalent experience and or certifications.

• Hybrid, once per month

• Standard shift position. However, it will call for minimal off-hours and on-call requirements.

• Serve as an expert in Web Application Firewall (WAF) security.

• CDN configurations

Web Application Firewall and CDN Engineer duties:

• Provide support for all WAF related activities to support the protection of ALL Verizon external facing applications and potential new partners.

• Provide CDN Support for all external Facing applications an potential new partners.

• Support client Network configurations to ensure applications are configured to appropriately flow through the new CDN platform ensuring application traffic flows appropriately to the application origins.

• Assist application teams with or performing troubleshooting, configuration, or updating CDN configurations for successful testing for on-boarding procedures.
