Provider Hotline Representative Windhaven Insurance 33 reviews - Miami, FL 33122 The Provider Hotline Customer Service Representative will provide support to the Claims PIP Department on customer service calls from providers and/or attorneys regarding PIP benefits and payment inquiries. Principal Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all inbound calls from providers and attorneys in a timely and courteous manner. * Maintain first call resolution with providers and attorneys by learning and applying PIP claim basics. * Explain payment amounts and send out updated PIP logs. * Explain check disbursement breakdowns. * Explain PIP claims status. * Utilize the AIS Medical bill review system to send out accurate Explanation of Benefits and/or PIP logs to providers and attorneys. * Build rapport with providers and attorneys and actively listen to requests and inquiries. * Enter information into the internal system to record, track and monitor inquiries. * Assist the PIP team with miscellaneous tasks.
