Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company is searching for a talented Project Analyst and leader to join our team. We are looking for a self-starter to help identify manufacturing areas of concern and work on the research, design, implementation, and evaluation of advanced manufacturing techniques for components and subsystems. This will also include researching innovative approaches to manufacturing techniques that will improve the development timelines for various technologies, as well technology components and subsystems will need to be evaluated for quality assurance. This position will require strong interpersonal/relationship building skills and a willingness to travel up to 25%.
