The goal of this internship is to convert to a full-time position.

Nasdaq’s Toronto corporate solutions office oversees Canadian, US and international relationships with investor relations professionals seeking to provide them with expertise to help them better manage their external stake holder relationships. We have a dynamic and high performing team, which the successful candidate will be joining with the expectation of making an immediate impact.

Candidates must be eligible and available to work in Canada - US based candidates will not be considered.

As a member of the Nasdaq Corporate Solutions team, the intern will assist with various aspects of our client projects and emerge with a clear understanding of our value proposition and end-to-end workflow.

Specifically, our intern will:

• Learn about the practice of IR and how our work brings value to our clients
• Learn how to engage with investor relations professionals and C-suite executives in understanding and communicating market and shareholder behaviours
• Learn how to engage in in-depth conversations with investment professionals on behalf of our clients
• Support efforts to analyze our market research, and draw meaningful conclusions for our clients
• Meet/engage with key internal stakeholders to understand how we collaborate across functions

• Proven analytical skills (quantitative, qualitative data sets)
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
• Attention to detail
• Interest in financial markets
