Customer Service Coordinator
Penrose Hill is a wine startup that creates and manages wine clubs for third parties. Our first club, Firstleaf, launched in October in partnership with Time Inc and its network of 27 US based magazines. Firstleaf is a new kind of wine club - instead of offering customers a fixed set of wines selected by the club's "experts," our algorithm matches wines to their tastes, leading to a customized club just for them. We're looking for a smart and hardworking candidate who is eager to jump into a fast-paced environment and learn quickly as a part of a tight-knit team.
Penrose Hill is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator, based in either NYC or Napa, who will communicate with our customers via email and phone to solve any of their problems and ensure that they are happy. Additionally, this person will respond to customer questions and messages on social media platforms, and manage the day to day engagement on our primary social platforms. The ideal candidate for this role has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills and is hard working, self-motivated, tech savvy, and able to solve problems creatively.
