Customer Service Team Member (Starting at $40k)
We are looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team! We're looking for problem solvers & fixer-uppers!
Reception Desk – You will be the first face our guests meet when visiting the Company. We need you to wear a smile and maintain a professional appearance.
Phones – Manage Company phone switchboard; direct phone calls as appropriate; answer customer and vendor questions; record and enter merchandise orders placed over the phone; follow up with any customer issues.
Data Entry – Receive, enter and verify all customer orders into our IT system
Customer Service – Coordinate customer returns; ensure customer satisfaction through attention to detail and responsiveness to customer requests
Accounts Receivable – Manage and monitor accounts receivable by customer; enforce credit limits; diligently work to collect unpaid balances
Bachelor's Degree
Spanish Proficiency a plus
Ability to take initiative, be persistent, passionate and curious
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Confident interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
