Creating a warm, inviting environment for our guests is the base of our front-of-house staff mission. Greeting and taking guests orders, beautifully displaying and packaging our pastries, making drinks, manning the register, making sandwiches, taking phone orders, keeping the dining area clean and hospitable - all guest interactions is where you step in to help! Drivers do all this AND feel comfortable and confident driving the streets of Boston/Cambridge.
We look for enthusiastic, hard working applicants who possess strong guest service skills and are able to work well in a professional kitchen. Being self-motivated, fun, positive, and loving a fast-paced team environment are all a part of working at Flour! We frequently have opportunities for advancement. We ask for a minimum commitment of six months for foh employees, and unfortunately, we do not offer seasonal or temporary work. Drivers need to have a clean driving record and we process a CORI check for driving positions.
