You will work directly with the management team to seamlessly pack and deliver all daily catering orders to offices across Manhattan.

The person in this role will be responsible for key daily tasks to include managing the production report, packing of all catering orders and assisting with customer deliveries.

The job will consist of (1/3) kitchen support, (1/3) packing, and (1/3) customer deliveries:

Kitchen Support:

• Check delivery log and determine number of orders for the following day

• Create nightly production report detailing the number of orders required along with specifications

• Email nightly report to kitchen team and larger Ox team

• Alert the team to any potential inventory shortfalls with respect to packing materials

Packing Operations:

• Assemble boxes, prepare packing slips, and pack all deliveries each day according to the Ox Verte packing model

• Ensure each delivery is packed perfectly and elevate any issues immediately

• Keep the packing station tidy and replenish utensils, eating bowls, and napkins that are running low from stock boxes in the kitchen

• When necessary, serve as communication liaison between CEO, delivery team and kitchen team as needed to ensure any special arrangements are incorporated

• Assist with quality control by ensuring all orders are correctly packed and serving bowls are filled to the proper level

• Identify areas for process improvement

Customer Deliveries:

• Transport packaged food boxes from Ox's commissary kitchen in Greenwich Village to client sites across Manhattan using subway or reserved car

• At the client site, set up food on site according to OX VERTE’s schematic and standards ensuring pristine presentation

• Deliver friendly, personal and genuine service - go above and beyond to impress the client and establish direct relationships with recurring clients

• Answer any questions about Ox or the menu and represent the company when at client site

• Demonstrated passion in food and/or health and wellness

• Able to lift 40 lbs

• Absurdly meticulous and detail oriented

• Awareness and knowledge of Manhattan city addresses, subways, and routing

• Interest in logistics management and planning

• Ability to deal with change in a fast paced environment and to think of solutions on his/her feet

• Calm with focus on objectives under pressure
