We consider our interns to be our future team members, and we have built our program to reflect this. Our Interns are given project-based work. Each intern is given clear objectives to meet, participates in Lunch and Learn sessions with the Leadership Council and has the opportunity to attend multiple team-building activities. Summer ends with our interns giving presentations on what they learned to our Executive Team (including the CEO!) and other key stakeholders in the organization. Our paid internships run from mid-May 2016 to mid-August 2016.

A huge part of our business, a driver of revenue through every online transaction and a trailblazer in the ever-changing e-commerce landscape — the Domino’s iPhone app is just one of many examples that come to mind. The work involves developing, maintaining and hosting our own point-of-sale system, known as Domino’s Pulse, and our e-commerce website right from the World Resource Center (WRC). And if that wasn’t enough on its own, information technology also provides analytics and insights to other departments and functions.
