A Cebador is someone who serves yerba mate.
Guayaki’s team of adventurous, engaging and creative cebadors and cebadoras is expanding! We are looking for likeminded people to join us in building a great company. Responsibilities include:
Supports Guayaki Brand Yerba Mate to 200+ store list in the specified region. Presents the brand, answers questions, and educates customers about yerba mate.
Exhibits knowledge of complete line of yerba mate products and services and customers' issues and needs. Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
Builds, maintains and nurtures customer relationships by making regular visits and sales calls, with regional travel 3-4 days per week.
Implements Guayaki’s best practices to improve product exposure; Fullsheveling – full shelf at eye level in the cooler.
Plans, assembles, and stocks product displays in retail stores, or makes recommendations to retailers regarding product displays, promotional programs, and advertising.
Generates and develops new business to meet specified budget goals.
Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Consults with customers to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Prepares and presents sales proposals.
Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of Guayaki Brand Yerba Mate as well as beverage industry product information.
Ensures that all required customer paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Attends and participates in business/trade events that impact business unit.
Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings.
Must be a self-starter and proactive.
Must have valid drivers license.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.

Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
