Starbucks IT PRO Solutions team is looking for a Systems Analyst Lead to align customer vision to technical solution.  Designing business solutions using SAP & Success Factors as platform technologies. The person will manage the implementation of projects making sure customer strategic goals, requirements are delivered with high quality, ensuring a scalable, extensible, and maintainable solution with all cross-system integrations. The Systems Analyst Lead will interact with leadership team, Business product management and multiple stakeholder teams to define complex project and program strategies and deliver the solution. The person will have to anticipate bottlenecks, make trade-off decisions, and balance business needs versus technical constraints. 

The Systems Analyst Lead should have technical skills to provide solutions, design, build, and implementation. This may include leading a technical team to manage development, configuration, maintenance, administration, and integration with other systems. Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, be detail driven and have excellent problem-solving abilities.  

The SA lead should have good knowledge of Human Capital Management or Human Resources business and implementation details.  They will successfully represent the technical team to senior leadership and business customers. Their technical expertise will be used to drive secure and robust solutions to deliver great customer experience. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Work with cross-functional Scrum teams to deliver SAP / Success Factors projects in iterative release cycles.
• Contribute to alignment on program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling SAP / Success Factors technologies.
• Facilitate the integration of business and technical architectures in support of customer's strategic business goals, and ensuring that solutions are scalable, extensible, and maintainable moving forward.
• Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues, risks, roadblocks and escalations at multiple levels.
• Create, maintain and communicate project status and metrics to stakeholders 
• Provide technical leadership by leading solution/design/architectural discussions
• Lead team of System Analysts and developers to design, build and implement enterprise SAP / Success Factors Service cloud solutions.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities (productivity/efficiency gains, cost savings, etc.). 
• Apply Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) design concepts. 
• Direct 24*7 global support of critical systems. Provides trend analysis and KPI reporting. 
• Proficient in systems and leverage subject matter expertise to lead root cause analysis. 
• Demonstrate knowledge of industry trends and innovative thought leadership. 
• Generate new ideas and influence decisions within and outside team.
