SENIOR RESEARCHER, EXECUTIVE TALENT ACQUISITION
Connect to Something Bigger
Each day Starbucks strives to be a differentiated company focused on the human connection. This heritage of being performance driven through the lens of humanity began when we offered universal healthcare to our partners (employees) in 1988. More recently, we were the first company to publicly commit to fully covering partners’ tuition for a bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s top-ranked online program and have pledged to hire 25,000 veterans, 100,000 opportunity youth and 10,000 refugees worldwide. Doing what’s right for our partners is as core to our business as the espresso we serve.
Partner Resources (Human Resources) is a team of 650+ partners working in collaborative teams across Corporate, Retail, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, Inclusion & Diversity and Shared Services. Each of us is a strategic partner to the business – no matter if we’re a generalist or specialist. Together, we build programs that help our 330,000+ partners around the globe become their personal best.
