Job Description
The Human Resources team at HSH is looking for a motivated analyst who will function as a journey level human resources generalist. Under the supervision and training of a Senior HR Analyst, the Human Resources Analyst is responsible for handling work related to recruitment and selection, onboarding/offboarding, position requests/control, leave management, workers’ compensation, reasonable accommodation and labor and employee relations. The best qualified candidates will center equity in their work, have excellent analytical and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, as well as interpersonal and customer service skills that exemplify HSH's values. This position also functions as the back-up payroll and personnel coordinator for the Department.

Qualifications
_ Minimum Qualifications_
Education: Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
Education Substitution: If you do not have a bachelor's degree, verifiable professional human resources work experience in one or more of the following areas may substitute for up to two years of the required education on a year-for-year basis: recruitment and selection; classification and compensation; employee and/or labor relations; benefits administration; human resources operations; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and personnel training. (One year of experience will be considered equivalent to 30 semester or 45 quarter units of college coursework.)
