None Location: Chantilly, VA 20151 US (Primary) % Travel None Education Some College Job Description The Human Resources Intern will directly assist the Benefits Manager with several projects related to HR compliance and recordkeeping. This internship will be both educational and practical and will give the intern an introduction to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Major responsibilities will include scanning, reviewing and cataloging Plan-related documents and working with the ESOP administrator. He or she will gain a better understanding of the role that Human Resources can play in a corporate setting, including interaction with Accounting & Finance.
