Student Intern (Student Design Trainee, Planning & Environment) - Port of San Francisco (5382)
Job Description
The Port of San Francisco’s Planning & Environment team works to ensure compliance of Port activity with environmental design and preservation permits, guidelines and standards. In support of this work, the (5383) Student Design Trainee III will develop conceptual graphics and maps of public realm improvement proposals, assist senior staff with the review of regulatory documents for required Port actions, and assist with preparation for and facilitation of public meetings.

Qualifications
Education: At the time you submit your application, you must be enrolled in an accredited university or a community college in the following related fields: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Architecture, Architectural Technology, Architectural Engineering, Geography, Planning, Urban Planning, City Planning, Regional Planning, Computer Science/Information Services Program, Cybersecurity Program, Cloud Security, Digital Forensics, Mathematics, Biology, Natural Resources, Environmental Horticulture.
Experience: No previous experience is necessary. However, previous internship experience may be used to determine the possible level of classification into which you are hired.
