Position Summary
The CAO is seeking a well-organized, responsive, and analytical Culture and Program Analyst to support the Chief Operating Officer by providing essential data analysis, program coordination, and communications support across CAO departments.
This role focuses on two core areas:

Qualifications
Required:
Minimum: Completion of an Associate’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, Social Sciences) or an equivalent certificate program from an accredited college or university.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, especially those emphasizing data analysis, program management, communications, or human resources.
Minimum: 2–4 years of applicable work experience in program coordination, data analysis, communications, or human resources, preferably in a large organization or government setting.
Preferred : Experience in supporting or coordinating employee engagement programs, culture-building initiatives, or events; strong familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, or survey software); experience with project or event management software would be a plus.
Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
